Parish Festival Volunteers

How To Help

The success of our festival is accomplished by the hard work and support of our Parish. Please consider helping out in the following ways:

Contribute Items for the Festival

• Bottled Water
• Cake booth items
• Silent Auction donations
• Desserts for Food Tent

These items may be dropped off at the Parish Office between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Volunteer to Work

• Setup for the Festival --  Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday    5:30 - 9:00 pm
• Special setup -- Friday    12:00 - 4:00 pm
• Cleanup -- Sunday    6:30 am - 1:30 pm
• Volunteer in a booth during the festival
